Regional Area Director of Operations
Zach is responsible for both the strategic direction of the business and client relationships at Katerra. He has been working in the commercial construction industry for over 15 years and has continually taken the lead on some of the most complicated projects in Colorado. Zach has successfully performed every position on a project team from field engineer, superintendent, to project manager on projects ranging from $500k to $55m.
Head of Estimating
Kyle is responsible for the preparation and final review of our conceptual and hard bid estimates. He generates contractor interest, solicits bids, and ensures our estimating efforts by evaluating and recruiting quality subcontractors and suppliers. Kyle’s commitment to this brings an immense value to the table during the pre-construction phase of the project. Other duties include preliminary budgeting, Pro Forma assistance, value engineering and subcontracting.
Kevin has been in the construction industry for 14 years on projects ranging in scope from $3mm to over $300mm. His responsibilities have ranged from field supervision to project engineering. He has worked on design/build projects across the United States with some of the most stringent safety and quality requirements in the industry; most recently as project engineer on the US36 Concession Project in Colorado, a Public Private Partnership between CDOT, RTD, and Plenary Roads Denver.
Beau is responsible for overseeing project teams within operations to help ensure that projects are being setup properly and managed successfully to the expectations of our clients. He works closely with the Work Procurement Department to help facilitate the transition of projects from preconstruction to operations. He manages the relationships with our clients and project teams to help ensure that issues and risks are mitigated/resolved properly and to the satisfaction of our clients.
