Katerra is the General Contractor for Alpine Investment’s Edge LoHi Condo project located in Denver’s Highland neighborhood. The 5-story building will have 44 for sale units and 4,200 square feet of ground-floor retail/community serving space for the Lower highland neighborhood.
The building was constructed out of steel and concrete, allowing for taller, 9-foot ceilings and 8-foot doors for a more spacious feel in addition to being more acoustically enjoyable. Every suite is promised to have wide windows and unobstructed views of the Denver skylines.
The building’s amenities include a dog spa, storage units, bike storage, and repair room, lobby lounge with a fireplace and coffee bar, along with two levels of secured parking. Katerra’s concrete package includes drilled piers, slab on grade, two elevated decks for a 13,000 square-foot footprint.
